TAURIKO – DRAUGHT – 4.5% ABV
Our ode to the traditional NZ draught. An amber lager inspired by the classic Vienna style, Tauriko Draught delivers soft toasted malt and a touch of light caramel without losing its crisp, clean finish.
Balanced bitterness keeps it refreshing, while smooth lager fermentation ensures it stays dangerously drinkable. Fuller than your average draught. Still built for long sessions.
NECKABLE – LAGER – 4.5% ABV
A clean dry lager, using NZH111 hops, giving subtle citrus hop flavours to compliment the crisp lager finish.

THE FAE – PILSNER – 3.8% ABV
Named after my mother Faye who passed away in 2023.
Originally intened to be a champagne pilsner, we decided to keep it lower ABV & traditional as Tauranga’s water supply is very similar to Pilsen, the birthplace of pilsner. We use traditional Saaz hops with Motueka, giving noble hop spice & minerality ove NZ citrus hop flavours.

HOWLIN – HAZY PALE ALE – 5.3% ABV
Smooth & juicy. Ripe nectarine and apricot flavours, layered with bright citrus & lime zest from all NZ hops, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Wai-iti and NZH-111. All resting on a soft, cloudlike hazy base of Gladfield ale malt and wheat.

Time to let the music of beer serenade you into the weekend. A clean, light malt base lays down the beat while Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin step to the mic. Bright citrus flows first, followed by smooth melon notes and a subtle hint of candied grape on the finish.

M.I.L.F #3 – IPA – 7.4% ABV
MAN I LOVE FLAMINGOS! IPA PROJECT
Bright. Loud. Built on a light pilsner malt base to keep things crisp and dry, M.I.L.F. #3 lets the hops strut their stuff. Audacia, Comet, Southern Cross and CTZ bring waves of pineapple and candied lemon, with a zesty snap that keeps it sharp and dangerously drinkable.
Clean malt. Big attitude. Flamingo energy.

Fresh off the bine, Riwaka plays, citrus in a clean, dank display.

THE HEF – FRESH HOP HEFEWEIZEN – 5.4% ABV

Lifted banana on the nose and palette, in a lush tropical grotto with perky mango & papaya from the fresh Superdelic hops. A decadent blend of fruit salad flavours.

ECPLISE – CHOCOLATE PASSIONFRUIT
MILK STOUT – 6.0% ABV
Dark as night, bright as the dawn. Chocolate flavours from the dark malts and cocoa husks cover your palate smoothly, with bright passionfruit bursting around the edges.
Eclipse blends velvety chocolate and tangy passionfruit over a smooth, creamy milk stout base.
SYLVAN – WITBIER – 4.7% ABV
A bright, hazy witbier, brewed with wheat, orange peel, and a touch of coriander, Sylvan is soft, refreshing, and delicately aromatic. On the nose, fresh citrus and subtle spice open into light floral notes.
The palate is smooth and pillowy soft from the 40% flaked wheat, with zesty orange, a hint of peppery coriander, and a clean, dry finish that keeps it crisp and endlessly drinkable.
GRASSHOPPER – HAZY LOW ALC – 2.2% ABV
Patience, young grasshopper… great flavour comes to those who wait. This hazy low-alcohol ale leaps from the glass with juicy tropical aromas of mango, pineapple and passionfruit.
Soft, smooth and refreshingly light, it delivers all the lush hop character of a hazy without the heavy hit. Balanced, easy-going and quietly powerful — proof that even the smallest grasshopper can pack a mighty kick.

RASCAL – HAZY PALE ALE – 5.3% ABV
Soft, juicy, and just a little bit cheeky. Rascal bursts out of the gate with ripe tropical fruit, a squeeze of citrus, and a subtle stonefruit wink. It glides across the palate with a smooth, hazy body and barely-there bitterness — dangerously easy, and fully aware of it.
Playful, charming, and known to cause a bit of mischief… Rascal never behaves, you won’t want it to.
