Our ode to the traditional NZ draught. An amber lager inspired by the classic Vienna style, Tauriko Draught delivers soft toasted malt and a touch of light caramel without losing its crisp, clean finish.
Balanced bitterness keeps it refreshing, while smooth lager fermentation ensures it stays dangerously drinkable. Fuller than your average draught. Still built for long sessions.

A clean dry lager, using NZH111 hops, giving subtle citrus hop flavours to compliment the crisp lager finish.

THE FAE – PILSNER – 3.8% ABV
Named after my mother Faye who passed away in 2023.
Originally intened to be a champagne pilsner, we decided to keep it lower ABV & traditional as Tauranga’s water supply is very similar to Pilsen, the birthplace of pilsner. We use traditional Saaz hops with Motueka, giving noble hop spice & minerality ove NZ citrus hop flavours.

Time to let the music of beer serenade you into the weekend. A clean, light malt base lays down the beat while Citra, Simcoe, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin step to the mic. Bright citrus flows first, followed by smooth melon notes and a subtle hint of candied grape on the finish.
NECTAR 2 – HAZY NZ IPA – 5.9% ABV
A hazy, tropical trip fuelled by Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Cryo Cascade. Nectaron brings a headful of tropical fruit, Nelson piles in the passionfruit, then Cryo Cascade cuts through the haze with a bright citrus kick.

2026 CHAMPION NZ WEST COAST IPA
This IPA struts onto the stage with all the flair of its Kinky Boots Broadway inspiration. Brewed for the Malthouse Annual West Coast IPA Challenge 2026, Kinky M.I.L.F. pairs a crisp pale malt backbone with a show-stopping cast of Cryo Strata® CGX, Cryo Simcoe®, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Bold, flamboyant, and impossible to ignore, this is a West Coast IPA ready for its standing ovation.
BLOOD MOON – CHOCOLATE CHIPOTLE MILK STOUT 5.5% ABV
As the Bloodmoon rises, dark chocolate gives way to a slow, smouldering warmth. Layers of rich roasted malt, creamy lactose, and velvety chocolate malt create a smooth, full-bodied stout, while chipotle adds a smoky heat that lingers long after each sip. This rare fiery Bloodmoon is a decadent stout where sweetness, spice, and smoke eclipse one another in perfect harmony.
SYLVAN – WITBIER – 4.7% ABV
A bright, hazy witbier, brewed with wheat, orange peel, and a touch of coriander, Sylvan is soft, refreshing, and delicately aromatic. On the nose, fresh citrus and subtle spice open into light floral notes.
The palate is smooth and pillowy soft from the 40% flaked wheat, with zesty orange, a hint of peppery coriander, and a clean, dry finish that keeps it crisp and endlessly drinkable.
GRASSHOPPER 2 – LOW ALC PALE ALE – 2.5% ABV
Patience, young grasshopper… great flavour comes to those who wait. This pale ale leaps from the glass with juicy stone fruit, tropical pineapple and bright citrus, courtesy of Nectaron and Comet hops. A touch of Motueka hop oil brings a fresh burst of lime and citrus to the finish. Crisp, balanced and refreshingly easy-going, with plenty of hop character. Proof that even the smallest grasshopper can pack a mighty kick.
COBRA KAI – HAZY NZIPA – 5.8% ABV

The teachings of a former sensei live on in this modern hazy warrior. Brewed especially for the Smith’s NZIPA Challenge, Cobra Kai combines Riwaka, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Kohatu to unleash a devastating tropical assault of passionfruit, mango, pineapple and citrus, backed by a subtle dankness that strikes when you least expect it.
With a soft haze and restrained bitterness, this beer favours flavour over force, letting the juicy hop character land cleanly from first sip to knockout finish.

NZIPA COMPETITION PEOPLES CHOICE WINNER 2026
ELIXIR – EYE OF NEWT – PASSIONFRUIT SOUR – 5.8% ABV
From deep within the woods, this Elixir was crafted using ancient techniques and curious ingredients. Eye of Newt: vibrant passionfruit, yeast harvested from the gravesites of Philly and flaked wheat combine to create a glowing concoction bursting with bright tropical tartness and a lively sour finish. Brewed with mystical intent and arcane energy, this Elixir hums with tangy passionfruit and enchantment.
ELIXIR – MANDRAKE – GOLDEN GOOSEBERRY GOSE 4.0% ABV
Created especially for Beervana, this golden Elixir was conjured from curious ingredients and ancient inspiration. Golden kiwifruit brings bright, vibrant tartness, while a touch of salt draws the fruit forward. Vanilla lends a hint of sweetness, & French tarragon bridges the divide between sweet and sour with a delicate herbal twist. A curious concoction of fruit, flavour and a little woodland magic.

RUSTY DINGO – AMERICAN BROWN ALE – 5.6% ABV
This Rusty Dingo has a wild look in its eye and a pocket full of dynamite. Brewed with all-American hops, it tears across the palate with a snappy hit of citrus, pine and resin before skidding into rich layers of toasted malt. It’s hoppy, it’s malty, and it’s just unhinged enough to make you check over your shoulder for falling anvils. A proper brown ale for anyone who likes their beer with bite, character, and a slightly suspicious grin

Smooth & juicy. Ripe nectarine and apricot flavours, layered with bright citrus & lime zest from all NZ hops, Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, Wai-iti and NZH-111. All resting on a soft, cloudlike hazy base of Gladfield ale malt and wheat.

ECPLISE – CHOCOLATE PASSIONFRUIT
MILK STOUT – 6.0% ABV
Dark as night, bright as the dawn. Chocolate flavours from the dark malts and cocoa husks cover your palate smoothly, with bright passionfruit bursting around the edges.
Eclipse blends velvety chocolate and tangy passionfruit over a smooth, creamy milk stout base.
NOCTIS – CHOCOLATE LIQUORICE MILK STOUT – 5.5% ABV
As darkness falls, Noctis reveals its hidden depths. Silky milk chocolate and rich roasted malts create a luxuriously smooth body, while star anise weaves an unmistakable liquorice character through every sip. Layers of dark cocoa, gentle sweetness, and warming spice linger on the palate, finishing with a velvety richness that invites another taste. Mysterious, elegant, and unapologetically dark, Noctis is a stout that embraces the night.

Fresh off the bine, Riwaka plays, citrus in a clean, dank display.

M.I.L.F #3 – FRESH HOP IPA – 6.1% ABV

Bright. Loud. Tropical. Built on a light pilsner malt base to keep things crisp and dry, M.I.L.F. #3 lets the hops strut their stuff. Audacia, Comet, Southern Cross and CTZ bring bold waves of pineapple and candied lemon, with a zesty snap that keeps it sharp and dangerously drinkable.
Clean malt. Big attitude. Flamingo energy.
RASCAL – HAZY PALE ALE – 5.3% ABV
Soft, juicy, and just a little bit cheeky. Rascal bursts out of the gate with ripe tropical fruit, a squeeze of citrus, and a subtle stonefruit wink. It glides across the palate with a smooth, hazy body and barely-there bitterness — dangerously easy, and fully aware of it.
Playful, charming, and known to cause a bit of mischief… Rascal never behaves, you won’t want it to.
CABIN FEVER – BARREL AGED BELGIAN IPA – 7.0% ABV
Three years is a long time to be stuck inside… especially when you’re locked inside an oak barrel. It’s enough to give you Cabin Fever. This Barrel Aged Belgian IPA that has spent three long years quietly maturing, soaking up layers of toasted oak, vanilla, spice and warming spirit character. Belgian yeast brings notes of pear and pepper while bright citrus hops remind you there’s still a world outside. Rich, complex and worth the wait—some fevers are best left uncured.
